North Leppington/Leppington NSW 2179 is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia, in the local government areas of the City of Campbelltown and City of Liverpool. Located 55km southwest of Sydney’s CBD.
The Austral and Leppington North Precincts were rezoned by the NSW Government in March 2013 to allow for urban development. The precinct plans allow for land for approximately 17,350 homes and over 54,000 residents. Leppington Major Centre with regional shopping, employment, cultural and community facilities. A New Leppington train station, a local centre and 3 neighbourhood centres, upgrades to major roads, new primary and high schools, 116 hectares of protection vegetation and major creek corridors, new pedestrian and cycle links. Getting Around

The main forms of public transport within the area is via train and Bus. Leppington railway station on the South West Rail Link connects the suburb with the Sydney Trains rail network at Glenfield. Construction begin in mid-2010 and opened early 2015. Busabout and Interline Bus Services operate in the area, connecting residents to local train stations and major regional hubs.
Camden Valley Way connects Leppington to Camden and Liverpool, as well as the Westlink M7. These roads allow easy and direct access to other suburbs of the south west region and Sydney.
